Kickoff Overview
Same as the Project Overview skill, but sourced from a kickoff meeting with the project requestor rather than a 1:1.

When it triggers
Use this after a project’s first meeting, when that meeting was a kickoff call with the requestor rather than a one-on-one sponsor meeting. You’ll typically have a Gemini/Google Meet transcript, a Notion notes page, or pasted notes from that call.
What it does
- Reads the notes for the same seven fixed answers as the sponsor-meeting version: what the project is, why it matters, what happens if it’s not done, what success looks like, the timeline, known constraints/risks, and open questions.
- Writes a tight answer for each, flagging anything the notes didn’t cover rather than guessing.
- Builds a team roster from anyone identified in the notes as needing to be involved.
- Publishes the result as a subpage under the project’s Notion node.
Inputs & outputs
- You provide: meeting notes or a transcript from the kickoff call, and the Notion URL of the project’s node page.
- You get: a Notion subpage titled “Project Overview” with the seven answers and the team roster.
