About PMO Skills

Nine Claude Agent Skills that encode one PMO's real Notion-and-Slack workflow, from intake through cadence.

PMO Skills isn't a product โ€” it's a working set of Claude Agent Skills that encode a project management office's actual methodology: how a project's overview gets written, its team onboarded, its schedule built, and its Slack and Notion records kept current, week after week.

Why it exists

Each skill started as something a PM was already doing by hand โ€” turning kickoff notes into a project page, reconciling meeting notes against an AI transcript, sweeping a channel for links that never made it into a workbook. Writing it as a skill just means it happens the same way every time, with the PM approving before anything gets written or sent.

How the table works

Every row's skill name and description come straight from that skill's own file โ€” not a paraphrase written for this site. Stage and Impact are the one layer of editorial judgment added on top: which phase of a project a skill belongs to, and how much time it tends to save. The source link always points at the real thing.

Built on

Notion holds the structured record; Slack is where the actual project conversation happens. See Notion and Slack for how each gets used, and Deliverables First for the methodology underneath the schedule itself.
