Slack

Where the actual project conversation happens โ€” and where these skills go looking for what to log.

Every project runs in its own Slack channel. That's where meetings get scheduled, decisions get made mid-thread, and documents get shared without anyone stopping to log them anywhere else. Several of the skills on this site exist specifically to catch what that produces before it scrolls away.

The weekly rhythm

Meeting Recap reconciles a PM's own notes against the Gemini/AI notes and transcript, then posts the result as a threaded reply under that meeting's agenda message. Slack/Notion Sync mines that exact recap for decisions, risks, and action items and writes them into the Project Workbook the same day.

What a recap alone misses

A recap only covers what got flagged in the meeting itself. Link Harvest covers the rest โ€” sweeping a channel over a date range, reading every thread in full, for documents that were shared but never made it into any recap.
